Sports Events And Celebrations
It’s a brand new year, folks! We are so excited to see what awesome things are coming in 2015, and we definitely look forward to enjoying good food and drinks and exciting sports games of all kinds throughout the year ahead.
But let’s look into just the near future for a bit, because we have some awesome celebrations and sports events at Ballard Loft, which you won’t want to miss…
In case you haven’t heard, this Sunday, January 11th is The Loft’s 7-year anniversary! Happy Birthday to us! It has been a wild time (just look at that original photo above), but without-a-doubt, lots of fun. Thank you all for loving the Ballard Loft and making it such a great place to party, watch games and have fun.
We have just got to celebrate this auspicious occasion for the best sports bar of all the Ballard bars – as we believe, in our completely unbiased opinion, of course! Join us this weekend for lots of action and our anniversary partying…
Starting with Friday, the festivities begin when we will offer Pickled Ponies and a Tallboy for $7. DJ Eric Nelson will start his Video DJ-ing at 10 p.m. (NO COVER) for a great night!
On Saturday, NFL-watching fun will be going on all day. Don’t shirk your 12th Man responsibilities – be here at 5:30 p.m. for kickoff of the Hawks vs. Panthers playoff game. DJ Pheloneous will be pumping us up for the game – before, during and after. DJ Brett Michaels starts his stuff at 10 p.m. to keep the Loft Anniversary celebrations going (NO COVER)
Sunday will be the ultimate ‘Funday’, starting from when we open at 9 a.m. with happy hour all day and night, just as we had it on our opening night, with $7 for a Pickled Pony and a Tallboy.
We really hope to see some familiar faces, old friends, new regulars, and first-timers, too!
Oh yes, and that Super Bowl thing coming up on February 1st? Yeah, you won’t want to be anywhere other than The Loft for that awesomeness. What are the chances, do you think, that the Seahawks will be back for the second Super Bowl win in a row? Pretty high, we’re hoping!
